InvestRight Real Estate Investment Trust ("InvestRight") is an open-end real estate investment trust focused on acquiring and managing a portfolio of retail and mixed-use retail community and neighborhood centres, second hand mortgages, generally in the mid-market deal size range of $10,000 to $2 million, from both primary and secondary markets across Canada. InvestRight trades on the private stock.
The management team, along with its board of directors, has significant experience in all facets of the residential & commercial real estate industry, including acquisitions, asset management, financing, leasing and development, second mortgages as well as significant experience in capital markets.
